Below are the details of how and when your artwork will be shipped.

Processing Time

All prints and original pieces are carefully packaged and shipped from San Francisco, CA.

• Prints: 1–3 business days processing time.

• ​Commissions: This is on a case to case basis and will communicated via email.
   

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is available within the U.S. and internationally.

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS

• International: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs
   

Shipping costs are standardized on location.

Packaging

All artwork is packaged with care using protective sleeves, rigid mailers, or flat boxes to ensure it arrives safely.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at madzi.studios@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). I'll do my best to resolve the issue quickly!

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Madzi is not responsible for delays due to customs.
